Just only 9 km west of Siem Reap on National Road No 6 to Banteay Meanchey province, you will see an artistic billboard of Mechrey National tourism on the left hand side. By traveling apart through 6 km road to teh south with sugar palm trees along the way, you will see an old means of Cambodia transporation: Ox cart and Buffalo Cart, Waiting for you to explore CAmbodia life style.
Mechrey Natural Tourism is located in Peam Ta Our Village, Keo Por Commune, Puok District, 15 Km South West of Siem Reap Town. With 25 mn drive, you will arrive at the port and take a boat to dicover way of living of people at the floating village. Besides, you can make a stopover at teh 1946 built pagoda on 2700 m2 island for photo shooting.
By traveling further, you will go through an impressive flooded forests stretching over 24 m2, a habitat for hundreds of species. The area is just only 6km from Conservation of Prek Toal Bird Sancturay, Where thousands of waterbirds live and breed.
